Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she trains athletes. Annie is the very first woman to ever win two CrossFit Games. She finished second both in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. The first female winner of at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. Also, she was credited with being the winner of both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised by her parents in Reykjavik Iceland. At a very early childhood, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and enjoyed doing exercises. She was awarded numerous medals at school events. She first competed in CrossFit in California in 2009. The performance she showed was impressive at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir at the time of her 2021 birthday, is aged 31. Her height is about 5'7 and weighs approximately 67 kilograms. Annie started with her CrossFit experience in 2009, in California. She was successful in her first games, finishing with the top 10. While she did not take home any titles She finished in the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. The following year, she was a participant in another CrossFit games and because of her outstanding performance she was able to win the games becoming the first female to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie was again the winner of her first CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she was the first female athlete to win two CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. Then in 2021 she took home with a bronze. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. With rising fame as an athlete Annie is a model for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many others.
